On June 25, 2025 (12 Ashad 2082), Bavari Construction Pvt. Ltd. entered into an agreement with Fewa Construction Pvt. Ltd. for the excavation of critical underground structure for the 285 MW Upper Tamor Hydropower Project, owned by Tamor energy Limited.

The scope of work includes the excavation of a 147- meter long, 17.5- meter diameter surge shaft and a 370-meter long, 5.4-meter diameter vertical shaft. To facilitate access for the surge shaft excavation, the project involves the construction of a 300-meter Adit tunnel with dimensions of 3.2m*3.5m.
